Refund & Cancellation Policy

Course enrollments cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. However, students may:

• Transfer their enrollment to another batch (subject to availability)
• Defer their course start date by up to 6 months (one-time only)
• Access course materials for the duration specified in the course terms

Note: Batch transfers and deferrals must be requested in writing to our support team at least 7 days before the course start date.

All payments are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive an instant payment confirmation via email
• Course access will be granted within 24 hours
• A payment receipt will be available in your student dashboard
• Transaction details can be viewed in your payment history

If your payment fails or remains pending:

• Check your bank account for any deductions
• Wait for 24-48 hours for automatic reversal (if amount was debited)
• Contact our support team with transaction details
• Do not make duplicate payments until the issue is resolved

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same course
• Technical error resulting in incorrect charge
• Course cancellation by Vibgyor Institute
• Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date with supporting documentation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days.
