• Instant Access: For most courses, access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Verification Period: In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to verify payment and activate your course dashboard.
• Live Sessions: Access to live sessions is provided as per the schedule mentioned in the course curriculum.

If any course includes physical study materials (books, kits, etc.):

• Shipping: Materials will be dispatched via reputed courier services within 3-5 working days of enrollment.
• Delivery: Expect delivery within 7-10 working days depending on your location.
• Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged physical materials, please report it within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
