Welcome to Vibgyor Institute. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Institute" refers to Vibgyor Institute
• "Student" or "You" refers to the person enrolling in our courses
• "Course" refers to any educational program offered by the Institute
• "Platform" refers to our website and learning management system
• "Content" refers to all materials, videos, documents, and resources provided

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in our courses. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3.2 Account Information

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per student - sharing accounts is prohibited

3.3 Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Course access will be granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

• All course fees must be paid in full before course access is granted
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change course prices at any time
• Payment is processed through secure PhonePe Payment Gateway
• All fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy for exceptions)

5.1 Access Duration

Course access is provided for the duration specified in the course details. Access may be extended at the Institute's discretion.

5.2 Permitted Use

• Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may download materials for offline study (where permitted)
• You may not share, distribute, or resell course content
• You may not record, screenshot, or copy course videos without permission

5.3 Prohibited Activities

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, code, and materials, are the intellectual property of Vibgyor Institute and are protected by copyright laws.

• You do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing course content
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action
• You may not create derivative works from our content
• Trademarks and logos are property of Vibgyor Institute

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Participate honestly in assessments and assignments
• Provide constructive feedback when requested
• Report any technical issues or concerns promptly
• Follow all platform rules and guidelines

Violation of conduct rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
• Completion criteria vary by course and are specified in course details
• Certificates are digital and can be downloaded from your dashboard
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates if misconduct is discovered
• Certificates are for personal use and cannot be altered or modified

Vibgyor Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our platform or courses
• Technical failures or data loss
• Actions of other students or third parties
• Changes to course content or platform features

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or harass other users or staff
• Attempt to compromise platform security

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala, India.
